A short version. (if I can ever be short). In September, through Rutgers University's mentoring program, I was assigned to Aditi Sandhir, a sophomore at the Business School. Aditi was beyond any expectation; Grounded, expressive, dynamic, and brilliant. I was talking to a 30- or 40-year-old. Not 20. A few weeks elapsed. Comfort levels, and she mentioned her mother, Sandhi, a Reiki healer and author of ‘Choose Yourself.’ Here we are. My time with Sandhi was as good as it got in expanding my understanding and grasp of Reiki as a form of energy; healing people facing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and relationships.
